Fran Atkinson

Bay Mustang Club was formed in Oct 1988 in the hopes of bringing area Mustang owners and enthusiasts together to inform the community of the enjoyment and value of owning and restoring America’s first and favorite “pony car”.

Susan and Don Sielke noticed the numerous area Mustangs and a lack of an organized club. After running an advertisement in the local newspaper, nine people attended the first meeting and the club was born. The Mustang Club of America formally recognized the Club as a Regional Group in June 1998. Since then, the club has expanded tremendously, both in membership and community involvement. Owners and enthusiasts of both classic and late model Mustangs are encouraged to join the club, whether their cars are stock or modified. Individuals do not have to own a Mustang to join the club.

Bay Mustang prides itself as being one of the most active clubs in the area, frequently having “FUN RUNs” for charity, hosting Ford auto shows, cruising to area events, or simply getting together to have a good time! Membership does have its privileges! There are many benefits to belonging to Bay Mustang Club. Mustang enthusiasts and owners come together to share common experiences, knowledge, and ideas about their cars. If one member is experiencing any difficulties with their vehicle, chances are good that another member has experienced the same challenge. In addition, members are entitled to Ford parts discounts and reap the rewards of an extremely beneficial relationship that has been developed between the club and the local dealership: Panama City Auto Nation Ford. The dealership supports many club activities and helps fund and promote our annual auto show.

Activity in the club is strongly encouraged through the many planned events and outings to local areas of interest. A weekly email is sent about upcoming events for every weekend. When you join Bay Mustang Club, you not only have the opportunity to gain a group of friends with common interests, but you also join the club’s quest to make a difference in our community.

Welcome to Stampede Mustang Club. We are a Ford Mustang and SVT Vehicle Club. (1964 1/2 to Present Day) based out of Western Kentucky, and the Western/Central Tennessee area.

There is no one area we focus on. Everyone is welcome, whether you show your ride, Drag Race, or just enjoy your Mustang that's a Daily Driver. The club was formed back in the late 90's here in the Hopkinsville, KY area and grew to over 100 members at one time. The Stampede is a family oriented club, so all family members are welcome at any of our club functions. We are not just a group of people who all own the most awesome cars in the world. Were building a family out of our common bond. The Love for the Ford Mustang. Our club puts on Cruise In's, Cars N Coffee events, as well as Car Show Events.

This was the founding principle of the club when it began in 1981, making it the oldest car club in Lubbock. We are a non-profit organization. We meet the first Thursday of every month (except December) at 7:00 pm at the Red Zone Cafe, Slide Rd. and 37th. Membership dues are $20.00 for new members and then $30.00 due each January, except for active duty military, who pay no dues. Our main events are our Mustang Birthday Party every April which benefits Celebrate Today (Southwest Cancer Center) and our Mustang Roundup and Car Show every June at the Wayland Baptist University Lubbock Campus. LMC contributes to our community by hosting various benefits and providing two annual scholarships at Wayland. Our membership is as diverse as West Texas and you do not have to own a Mustang to be a member. In fact, some of our members participate with other vehicles, both old and new.

We run a non-personal blog here. We mainly write to "comment" and "provide information".

Our goal is also to reach as large an audience as possible. We obtain information from relevant sources, mostly in English, and reproduce them in German.

We comment on comparisons between Ford models (especially about the Mustang) and their competitors in the European and American press and want to publish a fair picture of Ford models with our own experience and tests.

Mustang Fan Club was created on September 12th, 2012. I found myself downloading an app called Instagram. Being a photographer for almost 2 years prior to having Instagram, I found myself with several car related images on my desktop that I was doing nothing with at the time. So I decided to make a Mustang-specific Instagram page to unload some of my images onto the interwebs. From that point on, my life had been forever changed. I slowly started to gain traction then it started to snowball into what it is today. I have been able to travel to many different places, meet many faces and create long-lasting friendships with several individuals/companies within the Mustang industry! We at Mustang Fan Club would like to make the Mustang community a tight-knit family of owners and enthusiasts. Also, we would like to help companies within the industry reach out to potential clients and get to know their customers on a more personal level. Creating this foundation within the Mustang community, we believe, will help grow the bond between owners and enthusiasts with other like-minded individuals and groups. With this website, we would like to offer you quality Mustang related content to fuel your lifestyle! Whether its drag racing, car shows, event coverage, feature cars or product reviews, we hope you find something that fits your interests! It’s not just a car, it’s a lifestyle! #MustangFanClub

On the one hand by promoting pilots who are active with a Ford and on the other hand by organizing competitions such as the Ford Fiesta EcoBoost Trophy and the Mustang Trophy.

The Foothills Mustang Club (FMC) was born (or built) on June 12th, 1979, in Greenville, South Carolina. We're the only MCA chartered club in the Upstate and consider Greenville home, though we've drawn members from as far away as North Carolina and Georgia. And you don't have to own a Mustang to join the club, interest and enthusiasm are enough. The purpose of the club is two-fold: ... * To enhance the pleasure of being a Mustang owner through association with other Mustang owners in a casual social atmosphere, and have a lot of fun doing it. * To support our local community by supporting club fund raising events. We are a non-profit organization, with all proceeds from club events going to local charities, currently Honor Meals on Wheels, Mental Health America of Greenville Co., Cancer Assoc. of Spartanburg & Cherokee Counties, Spartanburg Humane Society, Chandler's Fight for Life, Fellow Countrymen and Toys For Tots. We enjoy a number of group activities, including monthly meetings at a local restaurant, a December Christmas party, summer picnic, hosting monthly cruise-ins from April to October, occasional group cruises to points of interest, and participation in other local, regional, and national shows and cruise-ins.

This site was started as an effort to join fellow enthusiasts who own a MCA Edition Mustang, and is dedicated to the history, documentation and preservation of the special edition 2011-2014 MCA Edition Mustang, a car that Ford built specifically honor and acknowledge the Mustang Club of America. Since these cars are limited production, the belief is that these cars may someday be desirable collector cars. The goal of this website is to document these vehicles in a comprehensive computer database containing production information, details on each car, production numbers, and options that will aid in restoration and maintain the history of this vehicle years from now.

When the Mustang was introduced in April of 1964 at the New York World’s Fair, the National Council of Mustang Clubs was founded in Dearborn, Michigan. The NCMC was born of the National Council of Falcon Clubs and for a short time; these organizations were known as the National Council of Falcon/Mustang Clubs. Holmes Tuttle Ford’s Falcon Owners Club was an active group of enthusiasts who loved their road and driving events. Across the U.S., Mustang Mania swept car enthusiasts off their feet, and here in Tucson, out of their Falcons! The dealer representative for the clubs naturally chose a Mustang as his dealer car and was soon taking those Falcons in on trade for a new Mustang. In May of 1965, the decision was made to change the club’s name to The Southern Arizona Mustang Club. We are excited each year to see the latest model of Mustang. A new model insures the continuance of our favorite car and our hobby’s future. From 1964 to today, SAMC has changed and grown over the years. Our children have grown up and now drive Mustangs, some Mustangers have moved on to other interests, and a few have moved to Higher Rewards. We have learned to appreciate all years of the Mustang and the different personalities that come with each Mustang enthusiast. We realize not every event appeals to every Mustanger. Some Mustanger's only want to participate in car shows. Many more enjoy driving their cars on road trips or in competitive racing events. SAMC is successful because there is something for almost everyone. We have learned not to concentrate on only one type of event, but to enjoy each piece of the whole. We look forward to the next decade as we grow older and welcome a new generation of Mustangers into the SAMC Family! SAMC members are a busy bunch and in between all the activities, cruises and car shows, they somehow find time to modify or restore their Mustangs. Members help each other with projects, trade parts, or watch eBay for bargains.

The enthusiasm of Mustang owners taking pride in their cars creates the excitement which keeps the Mustang ahead of the pack. Many cars like the Cuda, Camaro, and Firebird have tried to compete but ultimately failed. The Mustang is one of America's two longest, continuously-produced brands with a rich history of over 50 years. Through activities such as shows, parades, and cruise-ins, Valley Mustangs Unlimited has the opportunity to spread the enthusiasm for the Mustang and our hobby throughout the Shenandoah Valley and across the state of Viginia. After celebrating Mustang's 50th Anniversary in 2014, it is an awesome responsibility for us to continue the Mustang's legacy for generations to come.

The award winning, fastest growing, most active Mustang club in the Country.

The NETNMC was formed to support our very own 501(c)3 Non- Profit American Patriots & Pastime Inc. With the leadership of President Charlie Gillespie and the help of a Volunteer Board of Directors and the members, a car show is held on the last Saturday in July every year. This is our main fundraiser annually. We would ask that the community help us with our mission. You can do this by attending and leaving a donation or you can enter a car in the show. 100% of the funds raised goes to our 3 part mission.

1. We gather and package fit to ship boxes for troops that are deployed overseas. The funds cover the shipping of these boxes.

2. We support the USMCR Toys for Tots program every year by collecting and delivering boxes of unwrapped toys to less fortunate children in our area.

3. We assist in a monthly dinner for the Homeless Veterans in our area at Mountain Home in Johnson City, TN.

If this is something that you and your family are interested in Please send us a comment in our contact section. We would love to hear from you.

The Mustang Owners Club of Southeastern Michigan, formed in November 1975, is a group of individuals who find the Ford Mustang one of the most stylish and attractive domestic sports cars available.

Whether it be the 1964 1/2 Trendsetters, '69 through '71 Bosses, the Mustang II circa 1974, the '79 pace setters, the '83s which sparked the rebirth of America's love affair with the convertible, the '85-'90 aerodynamic speed machines, or the '99 GT, we love them all! Most of the club members own one or more Mustangs in varying body styles and model years.

Club members exchange information, provide sources for parts, literature, and hints on maintaining their Mustangs. Ownership of a Mustang is not a requirement for membership. Club members come from varying backgrounds, but all share a great appreciation for the Ford Mustang. The general membership meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month. A monthly newsletter, The Accelerator, which reports on club activities and articles on the Mustang is published for all members. Activities sponsored by the club have included car shows, picnics, sporting events, cruise nights, and technical sessions covering various aspects of the Mustang. Each year MOCSEM hosts the Mustang Memories car show held in August in Dearborn. Proceeds from this and other activities throughout the year enable MOCSEM to donate thousands of dollars to various local and national charities.

Serving the Black Hills Area of South Dakota welcome all Mustangs and Ford, Lincoln, mercury vehicles.

The Rapid Mustang club was formed in 1990 by Vern Juran. He simply put a put in a newspaper add asking if anyone interested in Mustangs to meet at Baken Park Plaza in Rapid City South Dakota. That newspaper advertisement met with a surprising response from Mustang fans, which led to the formation of the Rapid Mustang Club. The first members were primary early Mustang enthusiasts from 1964 ½ to 1973. The club grew in scope in the mid 1990’s to include all Mustangs. Then in 2001 the scope was widened to include all Fords, Lincolns, and Mercurys. At that time the name and symbol for the club was changed to reflect the new name “Rapid Mustang & Ford Club” with non-profit incorporation forms filed with the state.

The first news letter published was dated October 4, 1990 with a total of 18 members. Membership has reached as high as over 100 with the help of McKie Ford sponsoring new members, for a year when they purchase a Mustang. The average membership has been between 60 and 80 while looking for more to join at all times.

In July of 1992 member Marty Boone came up with the first logo that the club used. This logo has gone relatively unchanged with a circle that had the mustang running horse symbol and bars and Mount Rushmore on the Bottom with the writing on the inside edge of the circle saying “Rapid Mustang Club of the Black Hills”. With the expansion of the club came the new symbol that you can see on our home page.

Through the early 90’s some of the standard events still take place that were formed back then. Participation in the “World of Wheels” which has changed to become the “Counts Motor Sports Show”, spring and fall runs, and picnics and Christmas Parties. Members also join together to go to various car activities such as shows in a group. In 1995 the big Annual Rapid Mustang Car Show was formed which still goes today under the name Annual Rapid Mustang & Ford Club Show. This show started outside of Rapid City’s Civic Center, went to Deadwood for a few years and currently is held back at Memorial Park outside of the Civic Center.

The club met with great success in its first time out at the “World of Wheels”  car show getting the “Best Club Display” since then the name of the show has changed but the club has had a great tradition of winning most of the “Best Club Displays”.

Club presidents have been Scott Nixon, Don Bender, Mark Weishaar, Les Weishaar, and Vern Juran (founder). With other officer positions of Vice President, Secretary, Business Manager and Treasurer all of which has kept this club going to serve the enthusiasts in the area.

The club has been a charter member of the Mustang Club of America, and serves members in the 4 states of South Dakota, North Dakota, Wyoming, and Nebraska. We are now one of the better known clubs in the area and are always looking to widen our horizons

The Oklahoma Mustang Club started meeting in early 1978 and was incorporated on January 3, 1985. We received our official charter into the Mustang Club of America on May 5, 1984. There have been a lot of changes over the years. We have seen the Mustang hobby go from a few people to the 300+ members our club now boasts. Our club's first car shows were nothing more than a few Mustang hobbyists getting together and showing off their cars. This has grown to the point where some of our members own eight Mustangs and some others only own some of the parts for a Mustang. But our common bond is the love of the FORD MUSTANG and the over forty years of pleasure it has brought its owners. Several of our members live in Mustang, Oklahoma (where Ford Motor Company unveiled the redesigned 1994 Mustang) Our club sponsors several car shows throughout the year. The club sponsors a local charity located in Norman, OK called A.B.L.E. (Able Bodies Learning to Excel).

MCCNE started in 1978 with over 300 members. We have put on over five shows a year for almost forty years.

During the automotive dark ages of the 1970’s, amid the oil embargos, gas shortages, relatively high mileage low performance cars, a small group of Rhode Island classic Mustang enthusiasts began gathering on Sunday afternoons at Goddard Park in Warwick, RI. They longed for the return of performance Mustangs of the 60’s. That seemed unlikely, so they started to preserve what they had, and enlisted others to so as well.

In 1978, the Mustang Car Club of New England (MCCNE) was formed. The mission of the club is to preserve and maintain a living history of the legendary Ford Mustang. The club’s motto is “Preservation of the Breed”.

Until the mid-1980s MCCNE was the only Pure Mustang club in New England. Membership quickly outgrew it’s Rhode Island boundaries to include all six New England states, New York, and beyond. In 1991, MCCNE became a chartered Regional club of Mustang Club of America. Membership continues to grow. And yes, now, out-growing the borders of New England, and the borders of the United States!

The club has been and is administered by experienced, knowledgeable Mustang enthusiasts for almost 30 years, dedicated to FUN. Generally, MCCNE holds five shows throughout the New England region during each season from June-October to allow members to show off their pride and joy to others and to get to meet other Mustang enthusiasts and have a good time.

These shows are based on a set of club rules. Mustangs and other Ford Powered cars in the show are voted on by participants and spectators. The top three in each classification, based on popular vote, are awarded trophies, as well as Best of Show awards that do not qualify in individual classifications after winning Best of Show.

It all boils down to a day of fun in the sun (rain dates are also scheduled) for all ages

The Emerald Coast Regional Mustang Club was created in 1987 by four local Mustang enthusiasts as an informal social group. The club has steadily grown over the years and was officially recognized and adopted as a regional group by the Mustang Club of America in 1995. All generations of Mustangs are represented in the club. Our members also cover several generations, yet share a common love for the Mustang car, it’s enjoyment, preservation, and history. The Emerald Coast Regional Mustang Club actively supports several charity organizations in the local area; We sponsor an annual car show each year and participate in other local charity events as a means to collect funds for these causes. Our monthly meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month at The Golden Corral in Fort Walton Beach. Social hour starts at 6PM and the meeting begins at 7 PM.We hold regular (at least once per month) “Social Gatherings and/or Fun Runs” to area attractions. These are great opportunities to come out and have a good time with fellow Club members. Most of our activities are family oriented and family participation is encouraged. In addition, many ECRMC’ers participate and display their cars in regional car shows, and do very well! The ECRMC is well represented on the local automotive scene.

Founded in 1981, we are one of the most active and largest clubs in the area. We are centered in Grand Rapids but have members in Traverse City, in Kalamazoo, and in the Lansing area. We recognize all Mustangs, from the original 1964½ to present day models. We have at least one meeting or activity each month – usually several during the summer. Typical events include mid-week “mini cruises” for ice cream, caravans to out of area car shows, how-to meetings, color tours, photo-shoots, “garage hops,” etc.

Local Ford dealers give our club members discounts on parts purchases. We also offer “technical advisors” who are knowledgeable members willing to answer questions.

Space Coast Mustang Club was established on August 27, 1981 first named Florida East Coast Mustang Club, with a group of 25 members. Almost immediately members began participating in car shows. Very soon after club social events began. In November a covered dish picnic was held for members and their families and continues to today. In 1986 new By-Laws were established and the club name was changed to more accurately reflect our Space Coast heritage. Almost from the beginning the club discussed becoming affiliated with the Mustang Club of America.

In 1991 the club took the steps and were approved as a Regional group of the Mustang Club of America. Every year the Club holds a variety of events ... something for everyone. We have tours, rallies, cruise-ins, dinners, parades, picnics, etc. Yearly we work with the local high schools during their homecoming celebrations by driving the Queen and her court around the football field in Mustang convertibles.

Throughout the year, the Club has helped make our community a better place by providing support to local charities. We have donated to Toys for Tots, and we have assisted with D.A.R.E. in the public schools, helped the Brevard Zoo get started, donated to the Sharing Center in Brevard County, and recently have begun a scholarship fund and program for local High School students in the automotive program. in 1999, we made it to the Big Time by hosting our first MCA National Show, the Spaceport Blastoff, held at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. Club membership is open to everyone over the age of 16 interested in Mustang and Ford automobiles. You do not have to own a car to join the Club. The Legend Lime Registry was founded on May 1, 2005, in the forums of AFM. It was a way for Legend Lime owners and enthusiasts to meet, discuss, and enjoy that color "We All Love". The LLR website is for any and all Mustang owners and enthusiasts, reguardless of color. The "Registry" is exclusively for the owners of these Legend Lime beauties. We took flight on May 4. woodj was the first to answer the call, several others followed suit. One week later, membership was at 20. On May 13, the Legend Lime Registry website born. It went into the development stage. On May 15, the forums of TMS was raided by a new thread........Legend Lime Registry. May 18 was our first post at 2005stangs. May 22 saw StangSource get flooded with Legendary Limers and their pics. June 4, just one month from it's conception, membership stood at 46. Then came June 13. A make or break day. It was decided, after some very serious thought, to take the LLR from a simple registry page, to what you're a part of now. Beautiful, isn't it! We owe our "Thanks" to Kory Cunningham, for the design and development of the Legend Lime Registry. July 4, saw a membership of 60. August 4, we were at 70. Where will we be in a year, in two years, in five years? Right here, amazed at the number of members in the "Registry" and the number of registered users on this thing we call the...LEGEND LIME REGISTRY.

GREEN COUNTRY CLASSIC MUSTANGS - Where all Mustangs are Classics ...a non-profit regional group of the Mustang Club of America, is an organization dedicated to the preservation and enjoyment of the Mustang Automobile and the fellowship that goes hand in hand.

GCCM became a regional MCA club in the early 80’s. Our family of Mustang owners consist of members from central and eastern Oklahoma, parts of Kansas, Texas, Arkansas and Missouri.  We have monthly dinner cruises, weekend shows and help the community.  When requested, we come to the aid for fellow Mustang enthusiasts at weddings, parades, funerals and community benefits.

We sponsor a few shows a year and support and promote other car shows in the community and surrounding area. We support a local charity named The Little Light House who serve children, from birth to the chronological age of six with physical and mental challenges causing a developmental delay in one or more areas of development are eligible for Little Light House services. Conditions which typically create these challenges are Down Syndrome, Spina Bifida, Cerebral Palsy, Autism and sensory deprivations such as blindness. They are solely funded by private donations and clubs like ours.

Largest and oldest club in Iowa, formed in September of 1979 with over 100 active members.

The Mustang Club of Central Iowa is a non-profit organization formed in 1979 to promote restoration, preservation and enjoyment of driving these classic ponycars. The club is also a region of the Mustang Club of America. Most club members are owners of Mustangs or other Fords, however, ownership is not essential for membership. Members’ cars range from the first Mustangs built in 1964 to current models, as well as a whole range of other Ford-powered vehicles. Daily-drivers, top-notch show cars and restoration projects are all welcome. The club, which has approximately 240 members, provides excellent opportunities for exchanging ideas and technical information as well as for forming friendships with people having similar interests.

The club offers activities for everyone no matter if you like showing, racing or just driving your Mustang for fun. The club hosts a large annual car show each June, organizes club displays for events such as the World of Wheels, etc. and caravans to numerous area car shows. If racing is your bag, you can join us at an area raceway to try your hand at drag racing, do some autocrossing with other club members at club-sponsored autocrosses or join our caravans to various mid-west open track events. Other club activities include our annual September Steak Fry, an annual Spring Road Rally, monthly club meetings, picnics, poker runs and other family activities held throughout the year.

Established in 1994, the S.C. Coastal Regional Group, better known as the Low Country Mustang Club (LCMC), is a non-profit organization and a regional group affiliated with the Mustang Club of America (MCA). The LCMC is a family organization interested in the preservation and promotion of the Ford Mustang from 1964 ½ to the present. The club is primarily a social organization with goals to share technical information and encourage the preservation, restoration and enjoyment of all Mustangs and Fords. We hold several cruise-ins and at least one car show each year, in addition to group cruises to nearby shows and gatherings, picnics, "project days", and other fun-filled events. The LCMC has donated thousands of dollars to local children’s charities selected by the membership. Whether your interest is in the Classic Pony cars, Restomod, or the late model muscle, we're sure you'll find people who share your interests and love of the Mustang within our group. Members are very knowledgeable about Mustangs of all years and their maintenance, restoration and/or modifications. It's quite common to hear several stories about what members have been working on at each meeting. Monthly meetings are held the last Tuesday of the month. Typically at a centrally located restaurant. Additional information about the meeting time and location can be found under the Meetings and Events tab. We're always looking for new members, so if you're interested, check us out!
